Magical Memories Are In The Air! Come celebrate 70 years of Troop 212!
That’s right, Troop 212 is turning 70 years old. We are celebrating two ways for the occasion.
There first celebration will be an Adult Dinner with cash bar, entertainment and awards on Friday night, May 17, 2024. This is a big celebration and a party that should not be missed! The Adult Dinner will be held at Lakewood Country Club. See the itinerary below.
- 6pm doors open to start with the nostalgic display portion of the evening, with never before seen photographs, videos & memorabilia. Hors d’oeuvres will be served during this hour, so don’t be late.
- 7pm to 8pm dinner will be served.
- 8pm to 10pm will be entertainment and awards.
- 10pm to 11pm Dancing!
The cost of the Adult Dinner is $75 per person. When you register on the link below (orange button), be prepared to fill in some information about what dates you were involved in Troop 212.
The second celebration is a Family Picnic with BBQ lunch and many fun games provided beginning at 11am on Saturday May 18, 2024 at Rush Park in Rossmoor. Lunch will be served at noon. Pre-lunch games will include volleyball, corn hole, kick ball, ring toss, ladder toss, and giant Jenga. Post lunch games will include water balloon toss, three legged race, tug of war (scouts vs parents), and team balloon runs. Please remember to bring your folding lawn/camp chair. The cost for the Family Picnic is $15/person.
